Agnieszka Fihel

Agnieszka Fihel, obtained Ph.D. in economic sciences from the University of Warsaw in 2009. She carried out post-doctoral research (in 2009, 2011) and other research projects (2014–2016) in the Institut national d’études démographiques in Paris, she taught at several French Universities (Paris Nanterre, Paris 1 – La Sorbonne, Sciences Po, de Versaillles et Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines). Since 2018 she has been a fellow at the Institut Migrations Convergences, Paris. She conducted several research projects, both as a collaborator and a leader, on mortality by causes of death in Central Europe and demographic changes in post-communist countries.
Justyna Grudziąż-Sękowska

Barbara Stawinska-Witoszynska
MD, PhD
Professor Stawinska-Witoszynska is the Head of the Department of Epidemiology and Hygiene, Chair of Social Medicine, at Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland. She is a highly specialized expert in WHO guidelines concerning causes of death: she was a medical coder and trainer of medical coders in Poland, she is the co-author of handbook on reporting causes of death dedicated to medical doctors (in Polish). Her research interests include: the application of secondary data to health evaluation of population (including children and teenagers) in Poznan and Wielkopolska, hypertension prevalence at young ages and excess male mortality.
Role : She contributed to practical exercises and other e-learning materials in CODA-EU project.
